We ship all our parcels from Germany. Therefore, in very rare cases, your delivery may be subject to customs duties, e.g. for shipments to Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom.

If you have to pay customs fees, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. 😞

You are more than welcome to send us the amount of the fee along with a receipt to [email protected] so that we can refund you the additional costs.
